Our cold liquid applied membranes combine a moisture triggered single component polyurethane resin with either reemat fiberglass or polyester fleece reinforcement to create a highly conformable self adhering and self terminating roofing waterproofing membrane resistant to rainfall and ponding water within minutes of application. Sprayed polyurethane foam is applied as a liquid using plural component spray equipment to fill cracks and crevices. Spray polyurethane foam application spf roofs are installed by spraying a liquid on the existing roof and allowing it to expand into a foam.

These requirements are fully covered by the one component polyurethane liquid membrane isoflex pu 500. It shows excellent adhesion to the substrate high flexibility high resistance to weathering as well as uv resistance. It shows high resistance to standing water thus it can be used on flat roofs without particularly good slopes. The polyurethane foam dries within seconds after applied to the roof surface.

They are most commonly used for sprayed in place polyurethane foam insulation as well as other commercial roofing substrates including modified bitumen single ply epdm smooth gravel bur and concrete roof decks. This process means that the foam can conform to all roof shapes and types even irregularly shaped roofs.
